Can I upgrade my shipping to next day delivery?
We offer next day delivery to all UK mainland addresses, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. For domestic priority and express delivery orders must be placed by 3pm and we require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery.
I have placed an order and would like to add/remove an item.
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make adjustments once submitted. A new item can only be added by placing a new order and removing an item or cancelling an order would require you contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order reference number. However if our warehouse has already started to process the order we are unable to cancel it.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Standard delivery shipping time is typically 3-5 working days but may be delayed over annual holiday periods. We also offer next day and express delivery options.
Please note due to COVID-19 we are doing our utmost best to fulfill all orders within 48 hours. This means that, when placing an order, your package will leave our warehouse within 48 hours.

Wrong item received?
Sorry about this! Please follow the return procedure as normal and return the item in its original packaging and condition.

How do I return a product?
You have 14 days of return your order from the day you received it. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags left on. Return costs are not covered by ELIZÉ.
Fill in the merchandise return form and add it to the parcel. Click here to print a copy. Then attach the return sticker to the box. Please be aware that the sticker is not a prepaid return label. You will have to pay for the return costs.
Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it within 3-5 working days

Where’s my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number.
You can check on the status of your parcel using the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, track orders here.
If you are unsure about where your parcel is still, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our support team will be able to assist you further with this.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, however, if you do wish to choose another item, please return the item within 14 days in the same condition it arrived in and place an order for the new item you wish to purchase.
In order for us to process your exchange, please print and fill out the ELIZÉ Returns Form. Cut and stick the address to the original packaging and place the completed form inside and secure the parcel with tape.
