Our returns policy lasts 14 days. You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. After this date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

In order for us to process your return, please print and fill out the ELIZÉ Returns Form. Cut and stick the address to the original packaging and place the completed  form inside and secure the parcel with tape. Please note returns costs are not covered by ELIZÉ and this is not a prepaid returns label.

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery are advised) and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Returned items are you responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to aviod any damage during transit back to us.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 3-5 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@elizeclothing.com

 SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only full price priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elizeclothing.com and send your item to: 68 Warwick Avenue, Broughton, Milton Keynes, MIK, MK10 7AZ, United Kingdom.

GIFTS
If your item was gifted to you we are unable to process a return unless the money is refunded via the original form of purchase.  You may be eligible for store credit or if you’d like to exchange sizes please contact us on info@elizeclothing.com or drop us a DM on Instagram via @elizeclothing with the original order number and email address used to place the order. 

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 68 Warwick Avenue, Broughton, Milton Keynes, MK10 7AZ, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
